"I want I start by saying the nurses and doctor were all very kind and immediately had be back there to examine. My low review rating is based on the lack of concern to manage my pain. I have an autoimmune disease was in a terrible flare making it hard to move or take a deep breath. I was given a steroid shot and oral steroids for a week. I went specifically here knowing an ER has more options for pain and help. I was at a level 10 pain, that I compare to natural child birth. I even asked the doctor how I could manage my pain and he said tylenol. A level 10 pain and Tylenol? I’ve spent now 3.5 days in utter pain and waiting to see my doctor. No doubt I will be charged plenty for that visit and it’s really upsetting my main issue was never addressed. I was assured steroids would help my pain, that’s a lie. I’ve been bedridden with pain and no relief."

"I'm a Marine Veteran who has always gone to the VA for my medical needs. I was unaware that we could be seen at Medical City? Anyway, this place was Top Notch and Dr. Pruitt & his staff took care of me as if I were the President of the United States! They tended to my every need and took care of my pain right away. I don't know how to thank these professionals for what they do everyday? God Bless you ALL!"

"Worst experience I ever had with y'all very disappointed I was treated properly no one would listen if I don't have a ear infection then what the heck and I'm in pain on top of that was told it's a upper respiratory infection bacterial I got no pain meds sent in no antibiotics, I also got nasty looks the entire time, I came for help because at home stuff is not working I'm sick as heck throwing up in a lot of pain I felt like a inconvenience to there night they one ran one test y'all have misdiagnosed and my children once before I would trust y'all with my life if it came down to it I did not feel welcome no one was nice rude people that need different jobs you don't like taking care of people find a new job we come to y'all to get help not to be treated poorly and disrespected. I will not be going back to y'all very sad I'm very disappointed."

"Last Tuesday I had to go in to medical city are to check on my heart ended up. I had an SVT problem with my heart rate being over a 185 beats per minute. Wasn't really scared but that had everything to do with the staff that was working that night. I'm 58 and will be 59 in June and have never been in the ER for anything. The doctor and nurses and aids handled the very serious scare professionally just like had been trained to do. I would do it all over again as long as they were the same staff there. Thank you so much. My daughter thanks you too! scared, but that probably had something to do with the staff."

"Very kind and understanding nurses. They took care of me and helped me with my needs. Kellie the nurse who drew my blood was very sweet to me!! It was my first time and I was so nervous but she was gentle and very sweet to me. They gave me my rescue inhaler I needed and made sure I was good to go. They can get overwhelmed at times but they are all kind here! Thank you !"
