I was told that someone would be contacting me for scheduling for, what to me is, a serious medical issue - but it's been two weeks and I haven't heard from anyone despite reaching out to the office via the medical platform a few days ago and speaking to the nurse over the phone last week (who just told me there was a note on my file to reach out)."
