"Very clean and accommodating facility, all of the staff were top-notch, supportive, informative, friendly, etc. Best hospital food I’ve ever had, better than a lot of restaurants I’ve been to. Special thanks to nurse Darby, Dr Y, Dr Booth, and Dr Belott. There were others I’d like to call out, everyone who helped and cared for me…ER and OR nurses, radiology tech, the facilities manager who personally checked-in with me, the hospital techs, the cleaning staff, the shadowing students, etc. However, my memory is shady on names from the earlier portion of my visit. You know who you are - Thanks so much!"

"All the staff were extremely professional and friendly. They took care of my needs before I even had a chance to realize I needed anything. I was very impressed with the service experience I received from the check-in personnel, to the nursing staff and to my outstanding surgeon (Dr. Pepper). "On January 17, 2024, I went to the Lake Granbury Medical Center for cataract surgery. I was greeted immediately, paperwork was finished, and I was taken to the surgery area on time. All of the staff were knowledgeable about my procedure, gave me quite a bit of confidence about what was going to happen. When it was finished, I was sent home with very specific instructions, so once again, I was confident that we could handle it. I am scheduled tomorrow for the second surgery and have no concerns."

"My wife had our 3rd daughter at the Lake Granbury Medical Center on January 3rd. I cannot express enough how incredible our experience here has been. Dr. Zimmerman was my wife's OB. McKenna, Taygan, Maycayla, and Morgan are the nurses and staff whose names I could remember that cared for my wife and daughter. ALL the staff that we interacted with here were phenomenal. The facilities for Labor and Delivery are the best, most efficient, and spacious I have ever seen. They kept us in the same room from check in until the morning after delivery. The entire experience was calming and professional. Absolutely amazing."
