"The scariest and honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at the doctor. The first appointment was fine the second one was extremely messed up. I'm experiencing very bad pain and wanted to get a cyst checked out, so I scheduled a same day appointment. I understand they were busy but there is no reason for the negligence. The doctor came in to check out my cyst then started DRAINING it without telling me or asking me if that is what I wanted done. I had to ask why there was a needle going in me. My cysts do drain naturally sometimes - she said there was no other way for it to go away. If that was the case then I would have liked to talk about draining it first. Then once it was drained she left me bleeding heavily. She said okay goodbye and I had to remind her that I'm in a lot of pain and came here to see what my ultrasound results were and to come back once I'm dressed. I soaked the sheets they had me sit on, the sheets on the chair, AND I was bleeding on the floor. So there I was, naked from the waist down opening the door and bleeding on the floor asking for help because I was getting lightheaded from blood loss. She told me she wanted the cyst to slowly drain. I was gushing blood! I havent bled like that before. I went alone to the appointment and was terrified. Then she half assedly explained my ultrasound results. She told me "didn't you read them?" Of course I read them but I didn't go to medical school so how would I know what it means. She told me I have adenomyosis & that there's no cure thats it NO details on the disease I have. Normally they give you a fact sheet after. I got no explanation nothing. I tried to ask her questions but I was dizzy from the blood loss and I feel like the entire visit was extremely negligent. I asked her if my pain is associated with it and she said maybe. I had to ask for pain medicine and she gave me it... but then she didn't order it so I had to wait a few days to get any while in extreme pain. It seemed like she was just trying to get to her next patient ASAP. I get it if doctors are busy, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room with no complaint. But to rush through an appointment and not ask for consent when operating on someone......girl why. The lack of consent and the negligence is really messed up. I usually don't leave bad reviews but the visit was traumatic and I dont want others to go through the same."
