"I had my first visit with Dr. Frank on 3/17/21. I looked at these reviews prior to going and was a bit apprehensive because of the previous review. I found Dr. Frank and all of his staff to be efficient and friendly!! I was checked for a temperature and given a short form to complete at arrival. Then shortly taken to an exam room which was clean and prepared. My blood pressure and weight were taken! Afterwards the doctor and his assistant arrived to do the exam. He was well acquainted with my past medical history and asked very specific questions prior to the exam! Clearly he had read my chart prior to coming in. Even though these type of exams can be less than comfortable, Dr. Frank communicated with me throughout the exam as to what to expect as he was doing the exam. The exam was quick and gentle. His female assistant there during the exam. Afterwards, Dr. Frank answered any questions I had. My whole experience was positive one! I would comfortably say, I will return to Dr. Frank again and would recommend him to others!"

"Worst Dr experience ive ever had and its been 4 yrs and im still scarred by the experience. He's very rough, seems careless, rushed, & arrogant. The way that he quickly messy stapled me shut after surgery when i asked for dissolvable stitches left me feeling disfigured. He also told me not to have more kids, left me devastated. Gladly i found another dr and confidently had another baby. My doc b4 and after Dr. Frank left me feeling just fine, grateful & confident in their work."
