"I had been a patient of Dr Hanna for 5 years and in the last 2 years, I experienced several negative encounters with both, Dr Hanna, nurse practitioner and staff. 2 years ago, I had a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy. When I had a follow up appt w/Dr Hanna, I discussed the scary experience with her and I was completely surprised at her horrible bedside matter. I left that appt in tears! In Dec 2022 for my annual appt, I did not even see Dr Hanna, I saw the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner ordered a mammogram & when I explained I also needed an ultrasound order, she said we can do that later. When mammo results were provided, it suggested an ultrasound. When I called the office to request ultrasound, they said I needed to pay for an appt to discuss the results, which I did not do. The nurse practitioner also did not renew one of my prescriptions at my Dec 2022 appt. When I called in April 2023 to renew, the office staff said I needed to come in to pay for an appt to renew prescription. Staff actually said I should have reminded the nurse practitioner to renew my prescription! I have now moved on with a new doctor. I felt that Dr Hanna and staff did not care about my well being, lacked bedside matter, and making money for the office w/unnecessary appts is the main priority."

"Today I met Dr. Hanna for the first time to address an issue I was having for 4 months. After going to my other gyn twice for the same thing, this other doc was totally off base and had no idea what was going on.
