"When I read the reviews about how everyone waited for hours for the doctor to come in the room is when I should have went elsewhere…. I came here during my pregnancy and I was there about 8-9 times for checkups and ultrasounds etc…. And EVERYTIME I waited over an hour in the room for dr pirozhnik and everytime I was told there was an “emergency “ which I believed the first 2 times but … everytime .. really? Also I would love to mention when dr matelski delivered my baby at the hospital how she had the nerve to tell me to be quiet and stop screaming with an attitude and she screamed that at me….. AS I WAS PUSHING! May I add I went natural … she had completely ruined my first birth and it’s something I’ll never forget as I already had a messed up birth because I had Covid and my hubby wasn’t allowed in even tho dr matelski said 2 days before when I went it for my checkup that if I gave birth on Thursday night she would let my hubby in to at least see the birth and than he’d have to leave and coincidentally I gave birth on Thursday night and she kicked him out and didn’t let him he the birth of his son. I’m sure dr matelski will know exactly who left this review. Lacy’s if you want to enjoy your pregnancy and delivery go somewhere else that cares."

"I am being observed during pregnancy by Elena and her team and all the doctors are very polite and attentive to me, I really like coming here every time and the girls at the reception are wonderful, thank you for your work!"

"The 1 star is for the friendly staff. However, communication was HORRIBLE! On my one visit with the doctor, she was somewhat dismissive of my concerns. But did order some tests. I waited two weeks for test results to be discussed. Two phone calls & an unanswered portal message later, I reached out again. On the last call, I was finally told my messages had been seen/received but the doctor was on vacation. A 2 week vacation should have been communicated to me upfront (or after any of my contact attenpts) & I would have known my test results would be delayed. Then, I spent another few weeks waiting on submitted paperwork as suggested by staff - only to be told my paperwork would not be signed & I would need to start the process over elsewhere. Again, there was a lack of communication between staff, the doctor, and patient. Dealing with this office, I spent months waiting & taking time away from work only to be told to start over with a new doctor. Before leaving this review, I reached out; again, there was no reply."

"Elena is an exceptional doctor, as is her team. I was under her care during my pregnancy three years ago. It was a challenging time, but Elena went above and beyond to assist me. She consulted with other hospitals and explored various options to help. I also want to highlight that from the early weeks, she believed it wasn't just severe nausea but hyperemesis (it's so crucial for a doctor to believe you). Thanks to her and her support, I have an amazing son. She guided me through medications, steroids, home care, emergency visits, and hospital stays. If I ever consider having a second child, it would only be with her and her team. Elena was right when she said that once you hold your son in your arms, you'll immediately forget how difficult and tough it was for you. I sincerely recommend Elena to everyone. Thank you, Elena."

"The doctor is great, answering all of my questions. But I believe that’s her job right? Thing that I hate about Every single time I have a check up with doctor Elena I have to wait for her after the blood pressure and urine test for more than 45 min. For one minute check up. This happens only when I have checkup with her. I had appointment at 1230 now 145 I’m still in the room for check up waiting. This is ridiculous. And I hate it."
