"I drove over my phone with my car and I brought it to them to get it replaced as soon as possible and they told me it would take two days I was like OK but I got the phone back and ultimately they gave me the cheapest quality screen. The connections weren’t plugged in appropriately, I later had water damage in the phone so I brought it back to them because I had previously been there and I asked them if they could do anything about it and they said they’ll take a look at it. I left it there for about a month and I came and picked it up and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The phone was salvage, I brought it to somebody else and they had the phone back working in under 48 hours and they explain to me the problems with the bad quality screen and the horrible connections inside the phone and the missing brackets and a plethora of other stuff and I don’t appreciate that because they charge me a good bit for the screen although it was low quality"

"I bought many phones from here and thought the company was ok but I paid $200 for a phone 2 weeks ago and was immediately told by AT&T during setup that phone would be useless after Feb 2022. On 4 occasions while making a call I had to be redirected to AT&T so they could again tell me the phone will be useless in only 4 months from now and to get another phone. While trying to make important business call i was again rerouted to AT&T and put on hold FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR to be told this again before I could make my call. The phone then lost all data connection for remainder of that day and most of next day. The Talk & Text owner of this store said he would replace phone but wanted me to give him current phone which had ties to 3 different bank accounts, IRS information and other personal information that i don't feel comfortable handing to someone even after SIM CARD removal because all this information can still be pulled back up which any phone pro can tell you so I was compelled to take a $211. screw job by this store I once trusted, bought countless phones from and sent other customers to. When he sold me the phone HE DID NOT TELL ME IT WOULD ONLY BE GOOD FOR 4 MONTH and he claimed the other phones were not like that but AT&T verify with me EVERY DAY after long hold times I did not request just to tell me this. DO NOT BUY THESE UNLOCKED PHONES FROM HERE BECAUSE HE IS TRYING TO GET RID OF THE PHONES THAT WON'T WORK AFTER 5G STARTS IN FEBRUARY AND HE IS NOT GOING TO TELL YOU THAT AND MY PHONE WAS NOT EVEN APPROVED BY THE NETWORK. BUY PHONE FROM HERE IS A MISTAKE. CONSIDER ONE OF THE MANY OTHER OPTIONS INSTEAD OF TAKING CHANCE BECAUSE HE DOES NOT EVEN VALUE THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS. He got me for $211. and I work for United States Government so don't think he won't get you too. OCTOBER 19TH BOUGHT NEW PHONE INSIDE HEB GULFGATE. IT COST ANOTHER $220. BUT BETTER THAN SUPPORTING SAME STORE THAT ALREADY SCREWED ME. Learn from my mistake and go straight to HEB GULFGATE. Talk and Text will not stand behind their products."
