"The best doctor. Both my pregnancies and deliveries were very stressful since I got diabetes. Dr. Was super helpful and helped me control my diabetes, I needed insulin since nothing else worked. He worked with me to adjust it and let me take the decision to adjust my dose. My babies were in excellent health and I was sad Dr left the state. Now, I need to find another ob :("

"Don't EVER go to THIS 'doctor'!! I would give NO stars if I could. He is THE very WORST doctor, EVER! He is cruel. My story is far too long to write but to put it all into a nutshell, he asked me completely INAPPROPRIATE/UNCALLED FOR questions, made me CRY and then LAUGHED at me!! Yes, he L*A*U*G*H*E*D at me!! As I was crying! And when I asked him what he was laughing at, he just kept laughing, said not a word and then slowly stopped! He is OBVIOUSLY one of those men that has NO respect for women, even looking down on them. It was THE WORST, most humiliating experience, EVER. In fact, though the experience was several years ago, I have wanted to file a complaint about him but just never had the wherewithal to deal with it. But if his office in Algonquin AND his partner doctor were to be honest, if asked, they would admit that I TOLD them about the traumatizing experience. What a horrible man. A horrible, horrible man."

"During my pregnancy I went to the Elgin office. Nurses were kind. Lamoutte, not so much understandable and seems to care less. I had an urgent Caesarean it was on a Sunday, Lamoutte came to the hospital to do the caesarean. My baby was premature as result a very small baby the caesarean he did is terrible and a huge cut. I had caesareans before but Lamoutte work with my caesarean is below expectations and a very poor work performance. Maybe he was in a rush to complete the work since it was a Sunday and he did care less about how he was going to do the caesarean cut. Overall a very bad experience I regret so much I went to this clinic I should of do better researches."

"Nurses are kind, very understanding. Lamoutte, not so much. Seemed to brush me off and sounded irritated when I came in for a change of birth control because it was causing me to become violently ill. Proceeded to prescribe me the same thing and took his sweet time correcting the prescription. I've followed the directions given and its been back and forth on my prescription refill being constantly denied when I am just doing what I was told to do by Express Scripts, which is where I was referred to do my mail order. Will be finding a new provider ASAP. Preferably sterilization so I never have to deal with this kind of BS again."

"Felt well taken care of throughout my pregnancy, during delivery and after. Dr. Is very patient and answers all questions and explains procedures in great detail. Dr. Delivered my 2nd baby arrived early to hospital and was quick and calm to react to complications. After delivery he patiently explained the reason for his decision and i was given great followup care. Office staff, nurses and Dr. Treat you like family are friendly and caring. (I visited the Algonquin and Elgin offices). Too bad I can not say anything close to that about my 1st pregnancy with another Dr, whom rushed me thru everything visits and delivery not to mention after care."
