"Steve did an excellent job installing a replacement Rinnai tankless hot water heater with remote wired controller. He removed the old one that was 15 or so years old, whose mother board failed and was obsolete. He also came back on another trip to install a customer supplied toilet with bidet. He also put on a screen to the hot water heater vent to prevent mud dobbers from building nests inside. This was a hidden problem with our old heater as well as lizards getting inside the blower cage."

"Steve is a great technician; he is on time and very professional. Most importantly he is very technically capable. I have a gas leak and got a quote from another company. They asked me to spend 1500 to 12000 to have the gas line repaired or replaced. I paid them 49 dollar trip fee and decided not to use them. When Steve came, he immediately located the gas leak and gave me a quote of 425 dollars to fix it. After he fixed it, he spent 30-40 minutes to do the pressure testing to make sure no other leaks in the system. Thank you Steve!"
