"Don’t count on them to answer the phone. Don’t count on them to handle paperwork quickly and efficiently. What a shame. Dr. Flores is a nice man, but this office doesn’t give me confidence that they care about my father’s health. They don’t care about getting FMLA paperwork completed. They don’t care if that means that you might lose your job for coming to help your parent heal. I’m urging my father to find another PCP."

"This review is based on my personal opinion, I find him to not be the best dr or follow the proper protocol, saw him for years and had maybe one set of lab test, I also had a case of kidney stones and he didn’t bother trying to investigate, it took me 2 weeks to see the specialist who did a CT scan. He was fine if I got sick but when the issue was more serious he often seemed to shrug it off."

"Dr. Flores the person is a nice man. Unfortunately at this time that is the only positive thing I can say about him. My mother was seeing him as her PCP for the last 5 years and in those 5 years he only did one set of labs, which was in 2019. In March 2022, she developed fevers off/on along with acid reflux and back pain. When she went in, he did a glucose poke which indicated that she was at 400. His response was simply that she had probably just eaten lunch, but to double her Metformin and come back in 3 months. The fevers never went away and finally two months later, we drove my mother to the local ER and as it turns out she had a Urine Infection that spread into her kidneys and entered her blood. On top of that her A1C was above 13. After 10 days of continuous IV's of insulin, and antibiotics my mother if finally progressing. While the patient is also partially responsible, all this could've been avoided perhaps if labs were done more continuously. My mother in-law used to see Dr. Flores too, and in the two years he only did labs once."

"My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Flores for many years and he is wonderful. Very caring and gets you fixed up right away. I love that he gives injections when your really sick so you dont have to be buying medication that doesn't work and then have to spend more money going back to see the doctor again."
