"Blake and Jordan put my mind at ease very quickly. 2018 was the last time this system was pumped, so after all this rain, I figured it was time. Once it was pumped, we went out of town just to come back to 3 full tanks. The company I used was not very helpful in trying to find the cause. I called strictly septic and spoke with Jordan. When Blake showed up, I explained my frustration and told him I needed an honest answer he gave me one. At the last minute I changed my mind but Blake was like "alright let's do this, I'll come out we'll locate the lines and see what we have." Then he said "Well, if we get into and it isn't a clog.. and it ends up being infiltration/water table we can hault jetting & regroup on things. We are going to get this figured out. This is why strictly septic has my business, he doesn't just do the job and book it, he is going to do what he needs to to make sure his customers are taken care of to the best of his ability and he will be honest and fair.
