Although Refund Advance loans are no longer available this year, we offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. Early Refund Advance was available at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance was available from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024, at most locations.
To ensure you receive the best service, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling us at (512) 335-4411 to reserve time with a Tax Pro. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 605 S. Bell Blvd. office. Our Tax Pros at this location speak English.
