"I’ve been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years. This year they told me I will get back 1200$ less than I should have. When I did my own taxes. I found out they made a mistake. And they refused to refund me what i had paid to file my taxes even though that is what they are “known” for. Eventually they decided they can do an amended return for me. And I would probably not get my return for another 6 months but it was the only way. So now I am still out 1,200$ and I paid for them to file my taxes because they refused to pay me back the money I filed with even though they were at fault. I have brought them many customers and left many good reviews over the years. I have called to speak to Bill who is supposedly the manager and left several messages to Him and his staff. He has not called me back. The management tells you all you need to know. I will definitely never recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone ever again and will guide people I’ve guided in their direction elsewhere"
