"This is not as advertised, the recruiters will say whatever it takes to get you in the door. There is a reason why they are "always hiring," which is a warning that it has a revolving door of employees. You will be forced into no work-life balance, and the employees will try their best to induct you into the "cult of alliantgroup." From tests and presentations over the companies core values, to seeing five other employees leave within my short time of employment, and seeing minimal other attorneys hired, I should have known better. Most offensive was the way they underpay their professional attorneys, with their structure of bonuses where consultants make more than the attorneys signing the credits. Be careful what you sign up for. The warnings I received were, unfortunately, correct, and my exit process was about as bad as it could have been with arguments, questions, and difficulties getting out the door."

"boooo tomato tomato! frat culture company that’s very toxic and sketchy. very uncomfortable for POC. there’s a reason they hire every single day and the turnover is extremely high (see glassdoor reviews) a culture of bullying, working ridiculous hours, and brainwashing new grads for them to believe this is how corporate world is (no normal company is like this) do yourself a favor and read the real reviews unlike the 5 star reviews that are directors/talent acquisition that get paid to write good reviews lol"

"Definitely has some growing to do in the area of Human Resources, as their internal processes and communication protocols leave a great deal to be desired in terms of information management. Outstanding R&D regarding legislative action and policy management, but the company blatantly fails in the area of cultural excellence in recruitment, hiring, and workforce management. It’s clear that the company has invested time and resources in getting good information and feedback posted from current employees; however, if they wish to sustain such high esteem amongst the current workforce while avoiding a substantial loss of credibility across outside sources- a significant process adjustment is necessary."
