"We don't come to file our taxes with H&R block. We come to do our taxes with Ya Liu. She is knowledgeable and patient. She helps us know all we need to file. "I filed my taxes with a "master tax advisor" and recieved confirmation that my taxes were completed and submitted. After a month I could not find any information on my return from the IRS tracking tool and the call center for H&R block could not see that my return was submitted either. This office is only open during tax season so I reached out to another office and they told me that my return was rejected and they could not see the reason code because it was a different office. The representative submitted the return again and it had no problems going through. I never received an email from my tax preparer about it being rejected or anything. Very disappointed in the service from this office."

"I told them my return involved a “Partnership”. She appeared to enter the relevant information from my forms. I checked when I got home and she excluded the information that I provided her. I NOW have to find a more reputable and knowledgeable person to AMEND the return she immediately submitted.... It appears that H&R Block can only handle basic uncomplicated returns... Shame on them."
