"Went to this location twice this week to do my taxes, finalized my tax return today signed then get a call 30 minutes later she’s made a mistake and has to change our return without our permission. She also rushed us the first time because she didn’t want to have to stay past 4 pm even though we got there before. Changed our return from getting money to owing money, why is she messing with my paperwork after it was finalized. U professional to say the least. We’ve been using them the past 3-4 years never had an issue with Eliza. This new employee must not know what she’s doing. Very sketchy."
