"Do not use this travel agency. My elderly parents purchased tickets from here several times and the employees knew them by first name. My father became seriously ill and is no longer allowed to travel due to chemotherapy treatments. This agency refused to refund my parents even after providing them with a doctor's letter indicating that he was no longer able to travel. Veronica yelled at my mother over the phone to never step foot in the agency again. Spend your money elsewhere, where employees and owners value their customers. This agency should be ashamed of treating people this way."
