"I actually went to them for a refund advance loan, very long story short due to some issues with my documents we weren’t able to make it work, however, I just wanted to write in a review to say how wonderful and patient and kind the woman I spoke to today was. I feel terrible because I forgot to write down her name. She was friendly and above and beyond, and even though they weren’t able to get me approved today, I felt I needed to give her a shout out for her patience and especially compassion. I will be filing with her once I get my W-2, because I had such a great experience."
