Each year the Tax Professional has been knowledgeable of current tax changes, professional, honest, and patient (especially when I have forgotten a particular document or two or three). I don't particular like paying taxes, but I do look forward to having them prepared by these folks because of their thoroughness and preparedness makes it easier to deal with."

"Ms. Valerie is a Pro! She is awesome, compassionate and took her time to help me. I came as walk in client and not one time did she make me feel like being rushed even though I walked in between her appointment's."

"Janie Foxx was AWESOME! I loved the time she spent with me. My situation was complicated (2 years I hadn't filed) so I know I must have been a challenge. She was always professional and patient. John (her office partner) was also very approachable and informative. It was a good team and I'm glad I randomly walked in one day!"

"Mixed emotions. Very quick and efficient. However I don't think it should cost nearly as much as it does to file simple taxes. I get that they have to make money but over $200.00 for one form, that's a lot of money for something so simple that takes literally 3 minutes to fill out and print. I do believe they over charge here. I am giving 4 stars for the quick and friendly service. If I where to rate this place on cost alone I would give 1 star. Luckily this place has nice and friendly staff otherwise it would be a much worse ratting."
