"Our tax pros at the Perrin Beitel office, Irene and Randy, were awesome. Very friendly and insightful. However, a new requirement for a document we didn't have in-hand caused us to have to stop short of signing and return a couple of days later. The discounts that we were given on Friday expired on Sunday and were no longer available when we returned on Monday morning. Randy called his managers for an override but, the only help we received was, "You should have come in earlier". The managers didnt know that the discounts had expired Sunday until they got a call Monday morning. Thank you Irene and Randy for being there for us. We will definitely be returning to you next year."

"Linda told us when the paperwork was left off that nothing more was needed. We never received any call that evening or the next morning that there was a problem, or that our return was done. We showed up the next afternoon to check on it, and were told the return was missing a needed form. She refused to proceed without the information even though it could be provided verbally, since, in Linda’s words, “you could be making it up.” The form was also not required to file with the return, but she would not take the information from the provider over the phone, either. “I have to have the form!” After spending 1.5 hours getting the form, she refused to apologize and “couldn’t understand why we were upset.” Never will we use any Jackson Hewitt office again. They are rude, incompetent, and unprofessional."

"Even the manager Linda doesn’t know how to properly prepare taxes. My son went here and she almost costed him having to pay in to IRS. They are not knowledgeable as to real estate, home improvements, and writing off casualty losses. Thankfully my CPA sat down and went through all documents and pin pointed several issues that “Linda” overlooked or better yet neglected to analyze their return in detail. If you want your taxes done properly and correctly I would suggest you go elsewhere."
