"I have been a client of John since 2020. He filed the wrong tax return for 2022. I wanted to have a discussion as to whether we should file for an amendment since the 1040 form selected was incorrect. According to my understanding , a CPA must to know which form should be used ,unfortunately, that was not the case. when I tried to discuss it with John he said he would not make the tax amendment request ,which honestly was fine with me but atleast do not mislead the customers and own your mistake .When I tried to discuss it further he hung up the phone . I do not understand what is unethical about an amendment request, as per understanding that should have been the right thing to do. Anyways, I would not do further business especially if I have to follow up for such rudeness and appalling unprofessionalism!"
