"Firstly , I would like to thank Josie and Bri Loftis for helping me at the very last minute to have my 2022 taxes filed. This was the 1st time that I had filed for an extension. I was recommended by a friend to Sammy Jaffe. She seemed nice and personable. Sammy had asked to bring the tax documents in early because they are a bit complicated . I took the documents to her or August 23 for an October 15 tax extension date . I had heard nothing from her so I stopped by the end of September and nothing had been done. Several calls and emails with no response. I received a random call from sweet Josie to ask how things were going. I was getting into panic mode because the deadline was just a few days away. I had a girls trip planned for over a year which was through October 15. I was on the phone , in the car , answering last minute questions. Sammy Jaffe never called and ask any questions. Thank you so much Bri. Bri was very through and kind to do the taxes at the deadline and I mean the absolute deadline at 1030 pm on October 15. Sammy Jaffe. Treated me with complete lack of professionalism I was in shock that she absolutely just didn’t do my taxes , didn’t call me , didn’t ask me any questions. Sammy Jaffe completely did not do her job. I have read other reviews that Sammy would not return calls or emails to others. I am not a big review writer but this necessary to warn people. I am not a big “stress” person but this incident caused so much unnecessary stress. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Janet Allen"

"Took my lunch hour to drive to Block Advisors at Preston and Forest and find out what's going on. It's been almost 60 days on my tax return. Sammie Jaffey has my tax information and will NOT return calls or emails. Terrible service!"

"Met with Sammie Jaffe over 45 days past to assist me with an FLP return. Both entities transacted No business in 2022. Multiple calls and emails have not been returned over the last two weeks. NOT happy!"
