"Not happy with this office. My appointment was today 02.26.22 at 8:30am. When I came, office was closed. I wait outside and finally some lady came at 8:45 am. She went in. When I try to come in, the door was lock. She saw me and went back to the back area of the office. I'm just done with this office and I don't to reschedule my appointment."

And little to my surprise that was not the case. When I received paperwork from the irs and it was taken to them. They could not help me.
