"I definitely don't recommend, As a customer I was told about the two loans you get for filing. One for when you come in with last check stub and another for when you bring in your W2. I got approval for the first one and was guaranteed $750 more when I bring in my W2. When I brought in my W2 and the process was over, I did not get approved for the second loan which is weird. Jackson Hewitt did not value me as a customer they did not call the bank to see why or anything. I feel like as long as they get their prep fees it doesn't matter to them, that's not how you supposed to treat a customer who can bring in more customers that's bad business. Jackson Hewitt should have corrected that issue made sure I got my loan like I did the first time and gave me a valid reason to tell others to use their service"
"Went up there and filed my 2019 taxes the lady mayra was very helpful and courteous had my taxes ready to be signed . she explained all the steps and what i was getting back this year.
