Even with the rise of online travel booking, Murray consistently beats the sites for domestic and international flights. I don't know how he does it but he does it. 2. Murray is available 24/7 for last minute changes. I once became deathly ill before a 6am flight to vancocuver and had to cancel. I called Murray at 4am, he answered, and somehow got me a full refund. 3. Murray and his staff genuinely care about people. When my mother passed away, I saw Murray at both the wake and the funeral.
