"I recently just filed with this fraudulent company. I am highly upset with the customer service I received from Rebecca. I even brought he clientele and she still gave me horrible service. I was expecting $1600 back and only received $1100. This company will take all your money and give you a shiesty “$50” to mask their HUGE service fees. I would NEVER recommend this tax service to anyone. This was my first time and it will most CERTAINLY be my last. Do not do business with them if you want the most you can get back! They give you $50 to file and take $400-$500 from your income you are receiving . A total ripoff."
