"I had gone here to have my taxes done for 2020 and abiut a year later I find out that the person who did my taxes messed up and out the wrong number for one of my W2's. I had not been told about needing to pay for a safety guarantee so when I went back there after getting a letter from the IRS saying I owe them money it was confirmed that they messed up and would do nothing to take care of their own mistake and I'm left with a bill that should of been takin care of to begin with and what I paid them for. When you get your taxes done I definitely recommend trying someone else."
