"Dropped off my info. Did not stay due to computer problems. I was told I'd get a call when they were done. I received 3 phone calls for additional information that was in the paperwork I left. I dropped it off at 12pm.and at 7pm I assumed it wasn't going to happen. They next day (tues) we never received a phone call. My wife had to actually go to the location to check. There she found a totally different person working on it. AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN. COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE."
