I drove over 35 minutes for this location specifically because it was open. I will not going to this location and I don’t know if I’ll use this tax service anymore , I am a loyal customer of 10 years. I understand things happen but common courtesy would to call the client if anything came up it happens. But this was disrespectful of me and my family’s time."
