"Do not go to this location for your taxes. I'm having trouble finding a location to sign off on my taxes because they don't have a signature pad. I'm beyond furious. I call customer service only to find out that she didn't even file anything. I could have gone until February or March without a clue that it hasn't been filed. Customer service told me to go to the location where I filed last year, which was way better. Never again will I go to one in a Walmart."
