"One of the biggest mistakes I made in my life was contacting LaSheral Nance and her office. All I wanted and made very clear was an estimate on my return. After receiving my estimate from LaSheral over the phone I told her I did not want to proceed. She also sent me and emailed asking if I will like to proceed and if I did she needed my bank info for my direct deposit I again asked her not to proceed. I tried to efile with the tax office that gave me a better estimate on my return and my return was rejected. I called and spoked with LaSheral and she claimed that she did not file my return. I had to mailed in my return to the IRS hoping she was being honest and did not send my return without my consent. I called the IRS a couple weeks after sending my return in by mail to check the status and the IRS told me that my return had been direct deposit into a checking account. I asked them what account and when the IRS gave me the last four of the account number it was not my account. Well turns out that she did file my return without my consent. Had my return sent to a checking bank account and printed out a check without my knowledge. Never called to let me know that she did filed my return and that she had a check. The IRS gave me some contact info to the bank it was sent too I had to track down my return had to have the check that she printed out voided so that they could mailed me a check to my residence. I called twice before finding out that she filed my return to speak to her to ask her and make sure my return did not go out and I had to leave message’s with her staff and she never returned my calls. This place is very unprofessional, no communication at all they do not care about what’s best for the customer just cares about collecting her ridiculous fees that she does not discuss with you. Do your self a favor and take your return somewhere else where you won’t be charged outrageous fees that are not all disclosed to you."

But because of the awesome service decided to let her file mine this year. Cool right. Until I’m given one number. Emailed another number. And no one responds to emails, texts, or calls. Just asking for information to why I was charged a specific amount. $1900 to file taxes and can’t get a answer going on for two weeks now. Thanks!"
