Your response to my email, you calling my husband and saying, you understand it is difficult not sitting in front of a person doing your taxes. It is hard doing it remotely. None of that is true. The bottom line is you kept making mistakes and missing information. You also kept making sarcastic remarks. This is from our previous email: ( 1. In order for me to change an address I do need the new address.) When I said to you more than 1 time we purchased another house. I also asked you did you need the CD from our current home. You said, no. I provided you with the 1098 from our current purchase. Our current address is on there because it is for our current home. But, a good and professional CPA would have asked for the CD and gotten our new address. This is just one of the unprofessional, sarcastic, nonfactual comments you made during our interactions this past week. You've missed Several items on my excel sheet. Due to your incompetence I now have to pay someone to review my 2021 taxes. You will NOT receive any referrals. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to NOT allow you to prepare our taxes before you really screwed them up!! Michele"
