"On the reccomendation of my elderly mothers financial advisor, she booked an appointment for 12 Noon on Saturday. Since this location was nearly 40 minutes away from her home, I drove her there and made an appointment for myself at the same time. 2 or 3 birds with one stone. Sure, you can throw a rock in any direction and hit an H&R Block but because this particular branch was recommended, she wanted to go there. We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointments. 11:45am They did not meet with my mother until 12:30. By the time she was done, they hadn’t called my name or bothered to apologize for the wait. When we were in the lobby is when my name was called @ 12:45. My mom was ready to go back home and we had a long drive so I left without ever getting my scheduled meeting. I’m sure it did t matter to them, the lobby was filled with people waiting."

"I rarely write reviews but my experience here with Miss Ly has been absolutely phenomenal. I had issues with my 2020 tax returns which were marked as frivolous. Had lots of complications with it like being charged civil penalties, and refund frozen, and audits etc. Miss Ly were extremely committed and through with talking to IRS and getting it resolved. All the penalties were abated and also got the full refund with interest from last 2 years. I didn't have to talk to IRS even once it was all done by Miss Ly. I'll absolutely recommend going here for filing taxes each year. Thank you."
