She made it wonderful, but in the end the reason we decided to file with H&R Block was to do the tax advance as we were in desperate need of fast cash for some bills. After we filed thinking we were taking part in the advance we came to find out in our car that it was not checked on the box so my husband went inside and asked, and was told by her that we did not qualify because we made $100 more than the required amount to get the tax advance which makes no sense, and she did not tell us anything about this during our conversation. She even called me again right after we left apologizing for not bringing it up and completely skipping it. We got great service but we sadly have no way of going somewhere else now to try to get our cash advance that we really needed and are forced to take other last resort options that we are not in favor of. We even paid the filing fee up front and are at a loss."
