"Bad service, refuses to acknowledge issues, creates issues and refuses to address them. They, this agent, screwed up our son's insurance policy by insuring the WRONG car, gave us the WRONG amount of premium, kept changing the premium, applied the premium we paid to the WRONG POLICY and refused to correct it! They only threatened us with cancellation if we didn't come up with ANOTHER premium amount, that we had already paid and was misapplied due to this major AGENT ERROR that they not only refuse to acknowledge but have been giving us the run around and/or refusing to respond altogether. Meanwhile they keep threatening us with cancellation of our son's policy because THEY screwed up! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE FOR INSURANCE! My husband has been a client of these people for 30 years and this is how they have treated us!"
