"I am both upset and disappointed at what happened on Saturday. Last week on Monday, Monday Nov, 13, I went into the store because I had a question about my taxes. They tell me to set up an appointment online and I told them my phone is cracked and barely works, in return they help me set up an appointment for Saturday. My appointment was for Saturday, No 18. I show up on Saturday and the whole office is closed, not only this one but also the others in town. Why give me an appointment if you aren't going to honor it?"

"I went in January because the H&R online told me I could go into office to sign paperwork since the app was giving me a hard time and there customer service told me the same thing to go in and sign. When I got to the office they where trying to charge me the 220.00 fee but I told them they where wrong because the app was not charging me so they filed a complaint on the service for the app and told me to call customer service again in about 2-3 bd which I did never got a response and than I went back into office to be told they can do my refund and they will refund the full 220.00 plus the 39.00 due the inconvenience and run around. It’s been over 30days since I heard anything and when I called some rude girl named Melissa said she would call back in 24 to 48 with the outcome well that was last week on Monday march 6th did not ever get call back and than called again today spoke to the same rude girl Melissa to be told they can only refund me half when I was told the full amount. She than yelled at me and told me that if I wanted the refund or not so i asked to speak to the manager which let’s see if she calls me back I doubt it may just have to get my lawyers involved because this not right."
