"We did not have a good experience booking our trip to Australia. We called a manager to help and that did not go well either. I am sure they do a great job with other clients and this was a one off situation. We at times went weeks with multiple emails without responses. We ended up booking out excursions on our own and searching for better flight times on our own. At one time they blamed us stating we were confused with all the information we had. We travel over seas two times per year and hoped we could go to a local travel agent this time and have a good experience. We will not return to them after this experience."

"One of the worst experiences of my life. Not only did they send my wife and I to a completely different resort however they sent us to a city that we've never heard of 2 hours away from our destination. They stated "you signed the invoice it's your problem, not ours." Julie is a disgrace to customer service. More to come. Please reach out to me directly for more information pertaining this company. Double check EVERYTHING you request because they completely messed up our reservations."
