Amin’s communication with me was great - confirmation once the rental was reserved, finalized drop off date/time/location, and then, just a quick check-in to confirm pick-up date/time/location. The scooter was fully charged, in like new condition, clean, and shiny red. "Great customer service!! I have a walker that has gotten much use and needed to be evaluated and adjusted as necessary. While I did remember a purchase there some years ago, I returned as a new customer. I was helped for an extended period of time by Amin, who turned out to be the owner (unbeknownst to me.) He examined my walker, observed me walking with the device, adjusted the brakes and the height while explaining the matter of correct height of handle bars. He was relaxed, friendly and informative. He also answered my questions about a recliner display with no pressure for me to purchase. I will be returning to Koebers Medical Supply for any future medical device needs.
