"Came on behalf of American home shield. James repaired two leaks in my home fast and with great quality! Gave helpful tips on other things around our newly purchased house."

"Assigned via American Home Shield. He was quick to assess the problem, provide estimate to AHS, and install new hot water heater. He showed up on time and was efficient. Left somewhat of a mess from the removal of the old hot water heater but it was easily cleaned up."

"Really bad service. They came as part of the American Home Shield warranty to fix the kitchen faucet and went back saying some parts were missing without fixing anything. When we called AHS, they don't have any info on what parts were missing, but marked the ticket as complete. AHS tried to contact them to see if we can replace the faucet, we tried several time but just gets redirected to call back. We wasted $75 for the service fee from AHS without getting anything. We spent another $75 to book a contractor via Thumbtack and the next day they came and replaced our faucet."
