"The screen repair went smoothly on that day, I went about 30 minutes after it shattered; they ended up charging me an additional $35 for the front camer wires becoming loose which apparently happens a lot with the iPhone 8+ but I’m not too sure if that’s them covering their butts or not. HOWEVER. I’ve had my phone fixed for two days and it has already had my screw glitch SEVERAL times to where it shows different colors on the entire left half, and my Touch ID is completely messed up and works 50% of the time. Not only this, but my keyboard doesn’t work that well anymore to where keys stick and don’t register that I have hit them. Overall, I’m not happy that I paid $140~ to have a half fixed phone. They were nice and friendly which was a plus and quick with the repair, but the repair itself is horrible."

"I went in to have my iPhone battery replaced. They quickly performed the work, but as I discovered later the earpiece stopped working so I could not hear callers unless I used the speaker. On my second visit Chris performed a few tests, replaced the earpiece and fixed the issue. He was great - friendly, professional and what you would expect. Overall a good experience."

"Best and fasted experience I've had getting a phone repaired! I was pressed for time because I was on my way to the airport, and I dropped my phone and the screen completely shattered. I needed a fix FAST! I was stressing so much because I absolutely needed this phone, I was leaving to go out of state! A quick search brought up this store - they were closing in an hour! I rushed in and there was only one employee, Jason. I explained to him the situation, and he explained that normally this kind of repair takes an hour, but he did it in 30 minutes! He was super helpful and thorough even though it was so close to close. I highly recommend him!"

"Incredible customer service. Every single time i walk in the store the staff is polite and knowledgeable. I have had two different phones worked on, during three separate occasions. Even when these guys mess up, they make it right. The second time i went in, there was a problem with the new screen, so they replaced it for me free of charge, and when a new problem arose, they fixed that for me for free, and refunded all of my money. I can trust the people here to take care of my needs"
