Mike sends me notice of canceling my policy due to a member of my household having a temporarily suspended license (which as of cancellation has been reinstated for months). You're welcome SF for my 12 years of auto pay and never complaining about the rates. PS Mike you could have had the decency of calling a long standing customer as myself, now I'm just pissed at SF. "I moved here from out of state and my rates with Mike Morrill SF increased from just over $100 a mo to over $500 a mo for 3 ppl with GREAT driving records. I do understand that some rate increase was expected, but not hundreds of dollars. So I switched to Progressive and now paying hundreds of dollars less a mo for the same exact coverage that I carried with SF. Finally, although Mike Morrill’s name is on the sign, he is completely unresponsive. My recommendation: Look elsewhere!"
