"We waited 7 days for a what seemed like a simple job. A water pump replacement on a yanmar generator. Once of the techs came and cracked the housing behind the water pump to start. Then the day they left it started to overheat. We asked them to come back which they did and they couldn't find anything. We had to bring in yanmar specialist and they realized the the tech put the FAN IN BACKWARDS! I asked the owner to call me, he did not. I texted the next day and this it the response. Judge for yourself if this is the type of company you want to do business with. "...I spent 2 days trying to figure it out and answered every text and call you sent me maybe yan mar should have fixed the issue from the get go since it was their issue". He actually blamed Yanmar! Wow. Stop payment on this."
"I had Clint come out to the ranch to look at the skid steer a week or two ago and while he was out here working on the skid, the tractor was overheating in the field so he pulled up to where I was and filled the coolant, blew out the radiator, and fixed it on the spot. The service he provides is top notch, no doubt about it. We will be using him for most all of our vehicles from here on out after seeing how quick and effective he is with his work. Thanks Clint!"
