"Took my galaxy 9s plus to get the on/off button replaced.Left the phone all day. Went to pickup and was told something was broke inside, he couldn't fix. Don't believe even tried BUT got chrgd $45. He try to sell me a new/used phone instead. I took my phone to another shop, the phone was fixed that day for $45. I got ripped off at Fix and Go. I will never go back. Beware of his "new" phones ,too I've been told."
"We went in to do a trade in. There was a gentleman there named Koki. He was very professional and courteous. Not only did he give us a good deal on a phone with the trade in, but he helped set us up the phone, put protector on, and we were in and out in 15 min!!! Outstanding customer service. Definitely will recommend!!!! ❤"
"I called earlier this week inquiring about having the screen replaced on a phone. The person who answered was extremely attentive and helpful. I showed up later in the week during my lunch break and he did a fantastic job in quick timing. To me the highlight was the fact that he honored the price even tho it had changed. Regardless of if this would not have been honored the prices are super reasonable. He also offered me a product for free on a different device as a courtesy. I absolutely respect his honesty and commitment to doing customer satisfaction centered business. I will be recommending his services to friends and coworkers. If needed in the future I will be coming back for electronic repairs."
