"I contacted A&A Radiator around mid March and spoke with a man named Jeffery. In our conversation I described the year make and model of my van and we decided I should bring my radiator to the shop. Once at the shop Jeffery said that my radiator is repairable and it would take about a week, he requested a $50.00 deposit to get started, so I paid and left thinking everything was fine. Two weeks later I called to check up on the progress of my radiator, not only was it not fixed Jeffery explain that he put the tank on wrong and had to order another tank. Two weeks after that I called and he still had not repaired the radiator. On April 17th, about a month later I called Jeffery and said I would be picking up the radiator and taking it to someone who could repair it in a timely manner. I asked for my $50.00 deposit back and he said they were keeping it for ordering the tank. I took my radiator to Hobby Radiators in Houston, Texas and Immediately upon inspection the owner said my radiator is unrepairable, not only unrepairable but if he tried I would risk damage to the vans engine. We both called A&A Radiator back to explain but Jeffery just hung up when confronted with the truth. Do not go to this business for repairs, I'm sure they have fixed radiators in the past and maybe even did a good job, but if they mess up they will take your money and leave you with the problem. They did not communicate the progress of the work with me and if I had not called them my radiator would still be at there shop. I'm assuming there was some level of embarrassment from Jeffery and that's why he hung up on his customer (me), but very unprofessional. All this could have been avoided by simply refunding me my $50.00 deposit. Avoid the head ack and go somewhere else."

"I work for a small engine shop and we took a customer's radiator to them to repair. Gentleman guaranteed it would be only 2 days till we could pick it back up. 3 weeks later my mechanic goes to check on it and it was still sitting in the same spot as when we dropped it off. Now I have to explain to my customer of why he has to wait longer no thanks to this shop. Terrible is a simple word to describe this experience."

"My experience with AA Radiator has been so bad that I attempted to post this review without any stars. Google won't let you do that, hence the single star. FYI, AA Radiator is no less expensive than a reputable shop, which this most certainly is not. The shop owner misled me about his ability to repair an aluminum oil cooler for my diesel pusher. He made two failed attempts to repair the cooler over a five day period. I finally took the cooler to another shop where the owner pointed out that AA Radiator had attempted to fix my cooler with EPOXY instead of welding it. Two hours later Hobby Airport Radiator had welded and tested my cooler. AA Radiator still owes me a $185 from the December 15th fiasco. Alan, the owner, won't answer his phone and he hides in his run down home instead of answering the door. If you do business with this man BEWARE. I am going to have to file a civil suit but have no hope of recovering my money, he has no assets to seize."

"Absolutely the best radiator shop I have ever seen in my life. Run by wonderful guy named Alan, does great work for a really inexpensive price. I think he can fix just about any radiator you can take there. A complete overhaul on my 45-year-old radiator cost only $110. Included full disassembly, cleaning, re-welding and painting."
