"They recently renamed themselves to Pro-Tech Repair (or something similar). Was forced to use them because of insurance. Ordered a replacement stove top fan that did not fit, and after several no shows, was told because the piping did not fit it was not in their contract to install it until it did. We were told to find our own contractor to make adjustments to the island to make the fan fit. The following installation day was another no show."

"The only repair company that AHSHIELD uses in our area. We have been without a microwave for going on 4 months. They have lied to us & put us off for ridiculous reasons.... still no end. They told us 8 days ago were getting g a new microwave....we called AHS TODAY AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF US GETTING A NEW MICROWAVE because ours cannot be repaired according to SunCoast/new name PROTECH.....what the heck"

"Hired through a home warranty company. Two no-shows and one cancellation at the last minute. The one time the technician did show up he did not fix the issue with our dishwasher. Two months later still broken. Called the home warranty company to cancel the policy."

"Worst repair company I have ever experienced. They have two useless technicians one is Brittany who comes with another lady partner. They have made 4 trips to my house to fix the downdraft , made me spend 300$ because Ethel couldn’t get the fitting right so my handyman had to keep coming to cut out the wood. They didn’t know what they were doing certainly because on the 5th trip this is what they delivered. All the hot air from the vent is blowing in, they didn’t even seal the vent. Most incompetent technicians and the company itself is non responsive and terrible customer service. Save your buck and find a company that values its customers. I would even give them 1 star if google allowed!"

"I’m on my 7th appt (the first six we’re cancelled because of Suncoast, not me) to get our microwave fixed. They give a window of ~8a-12p, then call at 4:30p and say they cannot make it that day and will have to reschedule. The customer service people will lie and tell you what you want to hear to keep you happy, but it’s all a lie."
