"Plumber came out to inspect for propane leak, left after leaving a $4,800.00 estimate to replace all propane lines. The next day another plumber found and fixed the leak after doing a pressure test and repaired it all for the grand total of $135.00. I should sue them to get my $75.00 trip charge back."

"I called this company’s number that was recommended to me, and addressed my problem with the water softener and the Scala pump, I was asking if anyone could come out and take a look for me. They came out and I explained to them again what happened, one of the technicians told me he’s going to wait for the master to come out and take a look, he was on the phone call! I went back inside my house and wait for him to get off the phone. 5 mins later he knocked my door, he told me what the problem was, he turned 2 knobs to stop the bypass of my water softener!!! Then charged me 150!!! I was like 150$ for turning 2 knobs???? He obviously knew it was ridiculous so he gave me discount down to 100$! Explained there was a service call fee! I later responded that I only wanted you to take a look! And you turned two knobs and charged me 100$?? Honestly that was ridiculous! I should have never paid and just asked them to put it back the way it was. That was almost robbing. You were there for less than 5 mins to show me the knob and charged me 100$ . Would never calll this company again and would not recommend"
