"This company is a ripoff. My home warranty company sent them out here and they didn’t fix the unit. They claim they didn’t know what the problem was. The man lied and said he brought parts but he didn’t have nothing with him when he came. They are very unprofessional and don’t know what they were doing. Now they sent a report to my home warranty company saying it’s the wiring and now my HW company saying they won’t cover it. I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me give 0 stars. I do not recommend using this company."
"Been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered. They then dropped the service request stating it "requires different expertice". This is to repair my furnace... So now I have to start all over. Would have been nice if they would have told me a month ago that they don't know how to work on furnaces. Giving them 2 stars only because the technician that did the diagnosis was a nice guy."
