"wish the owner would have been up front about the wait time for my phone. was initially told it would be a day and now it has turned into a over the weekend thing and it's tuesday now and i was told to show up at 5pm, but when i show up my phone isn't even at the store for some reason. i could have understood it taking multiple days if the owner would have just been upfront about the process. i don't even know if i'm going to get my phone back at this point. Note: after waiting i did get my phone back, but after leaving they saw this review and called me to ask me about this review. my opinion isn't going to change. you should have been upfront about how long it might take. that's my only problem. i am appreciative of the service that was provided. changing from 2 to 3 stars"
