"My daughter's phone has been repaired several times and yesterday I went into the store for something that should be covered under warranty and was told it was going to cost me ANOTHER $300. I paid $300 in October then again in November and now at the end of January. I could have bought a new phone for that and now I'm being told about the financing program they have. Seems like they just wanted to over charge me for a phone."
"I have used them for a few years for screen protectors and cases. I recently took them my IPhone 8 for a battery replacement. When it was returned to me the tech noted that the home button was no longer working. He told me he would order one and install at no cost to me. It has been 5 weeks and the home button which is perpetually due in tomorrow has not arrived. Additionally, the camera has gone wonky, unrelated to their work. Another tech advised me when they replaced the home button, the finger print capability would be lost. LESSON LEARNED: do not replace battery in an iPhone, they are manufactured to only last 5-6 years. Also causes me to question wisdom of buying an Apple re-furbished iPhone."
